Information
-English is not my native language, so please be kind and refrain from using complex vocabulary when making a description of your commission; if you have an image that better illustrates what you want, please show it to me.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable with.
-I need reference images to begin working on the commission. Pose references, character color schemes and any other detail that is part of the order must be specified, otherwise I will not be able to do a good job.
I usually don't work with deadlines, but if you need your commission to be done in a very close time, you must pay an extra fee. I need at least 5 business days to complete the work.
-For each stage of the commission I'll be sending you a WIP (Sketch, Linework, Flatcoloring, Shading). I will only advance on the commission once the customer has approved it.
-Changes can be done throughout the process; however, if you ask for big changes of things that were previously approved, there will be an extra fee (which will be determined based on how big the change is).
-The estimated waiting time for commissions one and a half months.
-Use my commission table when placing an order, this will help me to have everything ready when adding it to my list on Trello to ensure the speed and precision during the process.
-If the customer wants to repost the commission, it must be with credits tagging my Social Media or leaving a link to my profile.
-Only commissions that are Coverart can choose to buy the original PSD/CLIPSTUDIO file, otherwise I reserve the right to share these files.
Private commissions:
-I need to know from the start if the commission will be private or public.
-Private commissions will not be: Streamed, posted on any social media, recorded or shown to anyone besides you ( The client ).
-You can't repost a private commission, using it as a profile picture it's ok though.
Payment and refunds:
-Please do not adress me with the paypal name that appears on my paypal, that is not my name, my name's Demian.
-Payment will be done via Paypal only. I don't work for exposure, checks, DeviantArt points or cryptocurrency.
-If you happen to be using a paypal alternative to pay PLEASE CHECK IF YOU CAN PAY TO PAYPAL ACCOUNTS WITH THAT ALTERNATIVE. I won't be responsable if you loose money, a bit of investigation will save your cash and my time!
-I only accept EURO.
-I use invoices, not the "goods and services" paypal system.
-I take payment upfront or half upfront and half when I'm done.
-Tips are not needed, highly appreciated though!
-Please provide me with a screenshot of the sent payment or your paypal email to check it myself.
-Full refunds are only provided if I haven't started your commission at all, after that I can only agree to a partial refund.
Extra chages/Fees:
-I charge extra for one characters.
-I charge extra for backgrounds.
-I charge extra if the characters are really complex.
